Smalls Sliders Restaurant Manager in Flowood, Mississippi

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to maintain operational standards while driving team performance and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet performance and service standards
  • Ensure a positive, respectful, and efficient work environment
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
  • Drive overall restaurant performance and support company goals

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

  • Competitive annual salary of $35,000--$45,000, based on experience

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities available, tied to:

    • Restaurant sales performance
    • Labor and cost control targets
    • Customer satisfaction and service standards
    • Team performance and operational efficiency
  • Bonus eligibility is reviewed on a recurring basis based on performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Prior restaurant or food service management experience preferred

  • Reliable, organized, and results-driven
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and peak business hours
