The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to maintain operational standards while driving team performance and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet performance and service standards
- Ensure a positive, respectful, and efficient work environment
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
- Drive overall restaurant performance and support company goals
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
Competitive annual salary of $35,000--$45,000, based on experience
Performance-based bonus opportunities available, tied to:

Bonus eligibility is reviewed on a recurring basis based on performance metrics
