Job Title: Inventory Control/Cycle Counter
Job Description
Join our dynamic team in the receiving department, where your individual contributions are valued and tracked. You will work closely with others in a collaborative environment, ensuring efficiency and precision in handling materials.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and adjustments
Monitor stock availability, consumption rates, and reorder needs to support branch and HUB operations
Pull, stage, and ship inventory orders accurately and on schedule
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages
Perform bin location audits, relabeling, and inventory relocations as needed
Process damaged, obsolete, or returned inventory according to company procedures
Ensure inventory records are accurately maintained in inventory management systems
Coordinate with store management, warehouse teams, and operations leadership to maintain inventory integrity
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with training team members on inventory processes and best practices
Essential Skills
Ability to work in a warehouse environment handling materials.
Competence in using RF scanners for inventory control.
Capability to lift 50 pounds independently for prolonged periods.
Comfort working at heights using a 12ft staircase ladder.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
No prior fear of heights.
Willingness to work in a team while tracking individual contributions.

Work Environment
The role is based in a bustling warehouse environment filled with pallets and narrow aisles. You'll work alongside certified operators using electric pallet jacks. Be prepared to abide by strict electronics policies and wear appropriate footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
