Senior Associate, International Tax Services, PwC US Tax LLP, Florham Park, NJ. Focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. Support clients with analyzing and interpreting international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. Help develop and implement comprehensive cross-border tax structures for clients that achieve commercial objectives and comply with current tax laws and regulations. Assist clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The salary range is $170,000 - $186,000/year, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For information, please visit the following link: https://pwc.to/benefits-at-a-glance.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience.Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:-Assisting companies and investment firms to understand and assess the tax impact of cross border M&A transactions;-Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leveraging data visualization tools;-Preparing and reviewing of complex foreign investments including but not limited to Forms 5471, 8621, 8858, and 8865, including calculating Subpart F, GILTI, and PFIC inclusions for US shareholders, as applicable; and-Conducting corporate tax research and consulting within an international taxation environment.80% telecommuting permitted.
