ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Senior Application Developers at our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for participating in relevant aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications. Design and build statistical, machine learning, forecasting, predictive and deep learning models to improve client experience and business outcomes. Employ various approaches to analyze data, compiled from multiple sources, and provide recommendations to clients and their employees. Build Generative AI agents to help clients and their employees.SALARY: $105,267 to $142,200. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
