Basic Job Functions:
As a Human Resources intern, you will be learning the responsibilities of a human resource teammate. You will acquire hands-on learning experience and mentorship through the support of a lead human resource teammate. Basic job functions are the following:
Assisting with onboarding programs and orientation sessions.
Updating and maintaining employee records in HR databases.
Conducting HR-related research and preparing summary reports.
Supporting payroll preparation by collecting timesheets, verifying attendance, and assisting with basic payroll data entry.
Updating and maintaining FMLA cases with teammates.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be working towards a degree in human resources.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be able to provide reliable transportation for the duration of the internship.
