What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer calls
Research and resolve inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage accounts, and property concerns
Show empathy and actively listen to understand each customer's unique situation
Take initiative to fully resolve issues and help customers prevent future problems
Participate in occasional special projects and adapt to shifting priorities
Complete paid training (classroom, online, and side-by-side) to master systems, policies, and customer engagement skills
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
Passion for delivering a "WOW" experience on every call
Ability to adapt to change and think outside the box
Tech-savvy multitasker (calls, account review, documentation)
Relentless drive to own and resolve customer issues
Minimum: High school diploma or GED + 1 year of work experience
Preferred: College degree + 0-1 year of experience
Assignment Details
Type: Temp
Training Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET)
Work Schedule: Must be available between 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM , any day of the week
Days Off: 2 per week
Pay Rate: $ 16.00/hr

Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
