Job Description
The Program Management Operations Project Lead Assistant Vice President is a seasoned professional role, responsible for managing end to end projects involving physical letters and/or statements to customer, which have a customer impact.
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.
Requires curiosity and discernment to seek understanding of how multiple areas connect and the direct/in-direct impacts of those connection points. To strive to become a subject matter expert across a diverse landscape of projects and a full book of work. High standards of project execution are the expectation and vision for this team. Successful teammates balance priorities, apply critical thinking, communicate in a clear and concise fashion, and raise risks in a timely fashion.
Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within project teams. Involved in coaching and mentoring of other teammates through the project lifecycle. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for project planning, testing, and production validation across multiple projects and lines of business concurrently
Assists with impact assessment, scope document reviews, gap analysis, and adding tasks to Jira stories
Ensures finalization of project artifacts (project plan, test scripts, validation scripts, etc)
Implements strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements
Meets with technology and non-technology partners to understand and align with business and planning needs
Applies best practices for effective verbal and written communication and problem-solving
Collaborates with teams and key stakeholders on any project delays, risk assessment, and risk mitigation plans.
Performs project status updates and collaborates of project presentations as needed
Engages in lessons learned calls to improve project execution
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made with a focus and intent on customer communication impacts
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience managing or participating in projects
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams, and PDF is required. Experience and adoption with Stylus and CoPilot is a plus
Strong attention to detail and willingness to strive for innovation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Experience in working on a fast paced and high-volume environment
Excellent prioritization skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

$81,600.00 - $122,400.00
