Job Title: Assembly Operator
Join our team as an Assembly Operator, where you will be responsible for assembling railroad switches. Your day-to-day tasks will involve using hand and power tools, grinding, deburring, and lifting substantial weights. This role is critical to the assembly process and requires a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
Assemble railroad switches using hand and power tools.
Grind and deburr components as part of the assembly process.
Lift and handle items weighing up to 65 pounds.
Perform light welding as needed.
Complete various tasks required to ensure the assembly process runs smoothly.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and inclination.
Experience in assembly processes and techniques.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with grinding and deburring.
Ability to perform light welding tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.
