Il tirocinante imparerà a lavorare in una catena alberghiera multinazionale di lusso, ne conoscerà la struttura organizzativa e avrà accesso alla intranet aziendale.
Il/La tirocinante verrà affiancata al HR Payroll Coordinator e svolgerà l’attività dell’Ufficio del Personale. Collaborerà alla gestione degli Extra (personale con contratto a chiamata). Apprenderà i processi di amministrazione del personale: buste paga, assunzioni, cessazioni o trasformazioni del rapporto di lavoro, infortuni, malattie, ferie e si occuperà del controllo delle presenze e degli orari di servizio effettuati utilizzando i programmi interni all’azienda. Apprenderà l’applicazione delle normative giuridiche di riferimento. Si occuperà inoltre dell’aggiornamento di dati personali nei sistemi operativi aziendali.
Requisiti:
Preferibile Studi in Economia e gestione del personale
Disponibilità da subito per un periodo minimo di 6 mesi
Fluente in italiano, buone conoscenze della lingua inglese
