W Florence is looking for a Commis Minibar to join our Food & Beverage team.
At W Hotels, we believe in creating memorable experiences for our guests through style, energy and exceptional service. As a Commis Minibar, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless in-room experience through the careful preparation, replenishment and presentation of minibar amenities.
Key Responsibilities
Replenish and maintain minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the F&B team for replenishment
Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene standards
Ensure minibar products are well-presented and properly stored
Provide support to the wider Food & Beverage team when required
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage is a plus
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and guest-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of English
