Salary Range:$64,023.86 To $85,635.89 Annually
General Statement:
Under the direction of the Program Director or designee, performs duties in directing the work efforts of assigned staff, ABA and behavioral support program functions, and day-to-day operations of the program staff tasks; performs related work as required.

Additional Requirements:
Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, or irregular hours.
Must have a valid Michigan Driver's License, current automobile insurance, and the use of a personal vehicle during work hours. Employee must maintain a valid license to retain employment.
Ability to physically perform the tasks.
Ability to provide supervisory coverage for Autism Services and behavioral support programs.
Preferences:
Individual with leadership experience supervising others.
Essential Physical Demands:
Vision -- Position requires the ability to visually assess details at both near and far distances, as well as to perceive depth and spatial relationships with or without reasonable accommodations.
Hearing -- Position requires the ability to receive and respond to verbal communication with or without reasonable accommodations.
Lifting, Standing, and Walking With or Without Reasonable Accommodations:
- Position requires the ability to lift up to 35lbs on an occasional basis
- Position requires the ability to regularly stand for extended periods of time
- Position requires the ability to walk at a minimum of 35% up to a maximum of 65%
Position will require the ability to occasionally stoop, bend, or reach to perform work tasks with or
