If you are a dynamic multitasker | | ready to grow your HR career in a fast-paced environment, we want to | | meet you. | | | | | | | | ## Who We're Looking For: | | | | | | | | You are: | | | | | | | | - Outgoing and relationship-oriented who enjoys connecting with | | people and making a strong first impression. | | - Naturally persuasive, with strong verbal and written | | communication skills. | | - Energetic and goal-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic | | environment. | | - Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple priorities at | | once. | | - Responsive, accountable, and motivated by results and people | | success. | | | | ## Primary Responsibilities: | | | | - Build candidate pipelines and source talent using multiple | | platforms. | | - Screen, interview, evaluate, and select candidates to fill open | | positions. | | - Perform background checks and ensure compliance with onboarding | | procedures. | | - Lead new hire orientations and ensure timely onboarding for all | | assigned sites. | | - Train site supervisors on orientation and hiring documentation | | procedures. | | - Assist in drafting and implementing employee corrective actions. | | - Support Operations and Site Supervisors with recruiting strategy | | and execution. | | - Maintain employee records, compile reports, and respond to HR | | requests. | | - Resolve employee relations issues in partnership with site | | leadership. | | - Travel to assigned sites as needed to support hiring and HR | | functions. | |
