Position Summary:
Performs physical therapy treatments for patients referred to department.
Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and completes discharge functions.
Required:
- Possess 5-7 years formal education and Bachelor/Master Degree/Doctorate in accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensure in State of
Michigan
required.
Trained and educated in age-specific categories being served:
infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Capable of spending 10-25%25%20of time lifting, carrying, moving items weighing 25 pounds or more.
Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in courteous, tactful and poised manner.
Preferred:
Possess 5-7 years formal education and Bachelor/Master Degree/Doctorate in accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensure in State of
