Responsibilities
· Operate motorcoaches safely and efficiently while following all DOT regulations and company guidelines.
· Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
· Maintain scheduled departure and arrival times.
· Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and any special needs.
· Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times.
· Complete required paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch.
