Customer Solution Center – Digital Support Specialist
TEKsystems is hiring Customer Solution Center (CSC) Digital Support Specialists to support our client with an upcoming acquisition and system convergence. Effective June 19, all systems will be unified, creating increased customer demand across multiple banking products. These roles are critical to ensuring our newest customers have a positive, seamless, and welcoming early experience.
Position Summary
The Customer Solution Center Digital Support Specialist serves as a Tier II digital banking expert, providing advanced support for online and mobile banking platforms. This role focuses on educating customers, troubleshooting complex issues, driving digital adoption, and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Specialists also support overflow calls from other Lines of Business (LOBs), demonstrating flexibility and cross‑functional expertise in meeting a wide range of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier II technical support for online and mobile banking platforms, including:
Login and access issues
Navigation and usability questions
Alerts, transfers, and account activity
Third‑party integrations (e.g., Quicken, QuickBooks)
Assist customers with general deposit account inquiries
Provide overflow support for additional LOBs such as:
Lending
Cards
Investments
Trusts (as needed)
Deliver first‑contact resolution by anticipating customer needs and applying strong problem‑solving skills
Educate customers on digital tools, features, and enhancements to encourage adoption
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of digital platforms, policies, procedures, and enhancements through ongoing training
Adhere to all compliance, security, and operational standards to manage reputational and operational risk
Schedule & Training
Training Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Post‑Training Schedules
Shifts range from:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (earliest)
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (latest)
Weekend coverage required (primarily Saturdays; Sundays may be required in some cases)
A permanent, set schedule will be assigned once training is completed
Schedule changes occur only in extreme situations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
