3rd Shift Digital Print Operator
Overnight | Tuesday -- Saturday | 11:45 PM -- 8:15 AM
We're looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Digital Print Operator to join our overnight production team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping high-speed digital presses running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor digital printing equipment during overnight production
- Set up, run, and troubleshoot print jobs to meet quality and deadline expectations
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic adjustments on equipment
- Review job tickets and ensure files, materials, and output are accurate
- Identify print defects and make real-time corrections
- Work closely with teammates to keep workflow moving efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
- Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital systems
- Experience operating digital print equipment (production environment preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print-quality issues
- Comfortable working independently on 3rd shift
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and ability to meet production deadlines
Big Plus Experience
- Truepress Jet
- Canon digital presses
- Ricoh digital presses
(Experience with any of these is a huge advantage, but we're open to strong operators willing to learn.)
Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Tuesday through Saturday
- Hours: 11:45 PM -- 8:15 AM
