What Youll Do
Youll be part of a team that responds to water damage jobs and helps restore properties.
- Extract water and set up drying equipment
- Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Monitor drying progress using meters
- Take photos and notes for job documentation
- Communicate with homeowners about whats happening
- Keep equipment, trucks, and job sites clean and organized
Youll be trained on everythingno prior experience needed.
What Were Looking For
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Comfortable with physical work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic communication skills (youll interact with customers)
Bonus (not required):
- Construction or restoration experience
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD)
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 70 lbs regularly
- Be on your feet, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Additional Information
