Pay & Shift Info
Production/Forklift: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Facilities Technician: starting pay at $20.75 per hour
Maintenance: $34.00 – $37.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available (Overtime required every other Fri or Sat)
Open Positions
Housing Production Technicians
Perform metal forming, welding, and cutting operations for drive axle components
Monitor product quality and troubleshoot equipment issues
Gearing Production Technicians
Operate CNC machines, robotic load systems, and integrated production cells
Verify product quality using precision measuring instruments
Assembly Production Technicians
Assemble components for heavy-duty drive axles
Use precision tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure quality standards
Forklift Operators
Safely operate sit-down forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks
Pick, pack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse using RF scanners
Maintenance Electricians
- Perform high-level troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and industrial equipment using diagrams and testing instruments
Facilities Technician
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on building systems and property, using hand tools and equipment while keeping work areas safe and organized
Requirements & Perks
Experience: 1 year for Production/Forklift, 5 years for Maintenance
Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for the entire shift, and manual dexterity
