Robert Half Leaning and Development Coordinator in Fletcher, North Carolina
Description We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to help drive employee growth and training effectiveness in Fletcher, North Carolina. This role supports the planning, organization, and administration of development programs that strengthen workforce capabilities and promote ongoing improvement. The position also helps maintain training records, coordinate learning activities, and support structured skill development across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate training schedules, materials, and communication to ensure learning programs are delivered smoothly and on time.
• Maintain accurate employee training records, skills matrices, and qualification documentation within learning and HR systems.
• Support the development and revision of training procedures, work instructions, and related controlled documents.
• Track employee progress against required competencies and assist with planning for role-based skills development.
• Partner with internal trainers and subject matter experts to organize sessions and confirm trainer readiness and qualifications.
• Monitor learning program participation and completion data, preparing reports that highlight progress and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with the administration of HRIS and learning tools used to manage training assignments, records, and compliance needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to strengthen training coordination, documentation, and program execution. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, HR coordination, training administration, or a related human resources function.
• Working knowledge of HR administration processes and experience supporting employee training programs.
• Experience using HRIS platforms or other systems for maintaining employee and training data.
• Ability to organize multiple learning activities, manage records accurately, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create and update procedures, documentation, and training-related materials.
• Familiarity with skills tracking, trainer qualification processes, and development planning practices.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
