Sodexo Retail Manager 3 in FLAGSTAFF, Arizona

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 at Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, AZ!

NAU is a public research university known for its strong sense of community, outdoor lifestyle, and student‑focused campus, serving as an academic and cultural hub of Northern Arizona. This beautiful campus, with a diverse retail dining environment, features multiple retail units, both self-operated and nationally branded. Strong on-site specialist support is also provided by dedicated Marketing, Finance, Culinary, and HR Directors.

What You'll Do

  • Identify customer needs and expectations

  • Ensure that Sodexo and customer goals are aligned and met

  • Educate and develop rapport with clients and promote partnerships

  • Promote a customer/client centered culture that strives to exceed customer and client needs

  • Maintain and improve service level resulting in increased customer satisfaction

  • Ensure all HAACP standards are followed

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and quick responsiveness to client and customer requests

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

MinimumManagement Experience - 2 years

MinimumFunctional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
