Position Summary:\ Under the direction of the General Manager, responsible for facilitating communications,\ assisting with handling guest requests and disputes, supporting, motivating, and assisting\ staff to ensure that operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with all\ applicable tribal, state, and federal gaming laws and regulations. Acts as the senior\ Manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.\ Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
