Position:
Requirements: Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required.
Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing
physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies,
and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license
within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with

attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure
Job Description: General farm work, such as: Record information about crops, such as fertilizer use, yields, or costs. Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and treatment of fertilizer or crops. Clean and maintain equipment, work areas and grounds. Maintain inventory, ordering materials as required. Handle loading and offloading of materials. Carry out drop-offs. Operate forklift, on occasion. Examine and inspect ag containers, materials, or products to ensure that product quality and specifications are met. Measure, weigh, and count ag products and materials. Record ag product, packaging, and other information on specified forms and records. Drive to town to pickup supplies, on occasion.
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 48
Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
Anticipated Period of Employment: 2-1-26 to 12-1-26

Effective 1/1/25: Overtime must be paid after 48 hours/week, or 56 hours/week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers - (Include only for non-range positions).
