Job Title: Shift Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will be assigned to a production line, where you will rotate between tasks to assemble high-quality products. You will utilize tools and fixtures to perform sub-assemblies, and you will work with small parts, hand assembly, and power tools. Your role will also include visually inspecting parts and products for defects and utilizing test equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts per work instruction into high-quality products using tools and fixtures.
Work with power tools to perform sub-assemblies.
Handle small parts for hand assembly.
Utilize test equipment to ensure products meet quality expectations and standards.
Visually inspect parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, and pinched wires.
Use workstation computer to read schedules, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, and scan parts into inventory software.
Work with insulation in some assembly lines, with provided PPE.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of assembly experience.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Mechanical assembly skills.
Experience working on assembly lines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, assembly, or general labor is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fitchburg, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00/hr.
