ManpowerGroup Inside Sales/Customer Service in Fishkill, New York

Our client, a reputable company specializing in masonry products, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to join their team. As an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting both contractors and residential customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate friendliness, energy, reliability, conscientiousness, and a strong desire to learn about a wide range of products, contributing positively to the company's success.

Job Title: Inside Sales/Customer Service

Location: Fishkill, NY

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday through Saturday, with specific hours as detailed below

What's the Job?

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing excellent service and support

  • Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs and inquiries

  • Utilize point of sale software and inventory systems to process transactions accurately

  • Assist in showing products in the yard and navigating the inventory

  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including basic bookkeeping and accounts payable

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related roles

  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and basic accounting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and systems

  • Physical ability to walk outside to the yard and upstairs to the office as needed
