Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician in a clean and dynamic environment dedicated to battery manufacturing. Your role will be crucial in maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of our electrical systems and machinery.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in a manufacturing facility.
Ensure optimal performance of electrical systems efficiently and safely, minimizing production downtime.
Install and wire new electrical systems at or below 480V for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical circuits, control systems, motors, etc., and provide necessary repairs.
Repair or replace faulty components such as wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and motors.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for electrical installations and repairs.
Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and production to coordinate electrical work on machines or systems.
Perform lock-out/tag-out procedures and other safety protocols when working on electrical equipment.
Maintain accurate records of electrical repairs, maintenance, and inspections, and complete maintenance logs and reports.

Work Environment
Work the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, in a small team of only four technicians, ensuring a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Fishers, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.00/hr.
