Job Title: Resort Team Member (Multiple Positions Available)
Location: Remote Lakefront Resort
Join our team at a beautiful, remote lakefront resort where every day offers stunning views and the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences. We are currently hiring for multiple resort positions, including front desk, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, food service, and general resort support roles.
Position Overview:
As a Resort Team Member, you will interact directly with guests, providing friendly, attentive service while helping maintain a welcoming and well-run property. This is a hands-on role in a team-oriented environment where flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Support daily resort operations across various departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of resort facilities and grounds
- Assist with evening shifts and participate in on-call rotations as needed
- Learn and support seasonal opening and closing procedures
- Contribute to a safe, enjoyable experience for all visitors
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and on-call shifts
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-focused
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $14--$16 per hour, depending on experience
