ManpowerGroup Weekend General Laborers in Firebaugh, California
Our client, a leading organization in waste management and community support, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as an Event - Firebaugh/Kerman. As an Event - Firebaugh/Kerman, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the community by assisting residents with household item removal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a friendly attitude, and physical strength, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Event - Firebaugh/Kerman
Location: Firebaugh, CA
Pay Range: $18/Hour
Shift: Monday-Saturday 6:30am-3:30pm (Report by 6am)
What's the Job?
Assist residents by removing household items such as furniture, tires, mattresses, and similar items from their vehicles
Safely lift and move items weighing 45 lbs or more
Ensure proper handling and disposal of household items
Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with residents
Follow safety protocols and dress code requirements, including jeans, long sleeve shirts, and steel toe boots
What's Needed?
Ability to lift 45+ lbs consistently
Steel-toe boots required for safety
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with residents
Reliable transportation to and from the work location
Ability to work Monday through Saturday with flexibility in schedule
