Insight Global EHS Specialist in Findlay, Pennsylvania
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an EHS Technician to join a large manufacturing client in Findlay Township, PA, on a 5‑month contract. This individual will provide on‑site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) support, primarily on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). Training will initially take place on 1st shift before transitioning to the permanent 2nd‑shift schedule.
In this role, the EHS Technician will serve as the primary EHS representative for second‑shift operations at the Findlay site. Day to day, they will conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and EHS audits while supporting daily operations and attending operational meetings to provide EHS guidance. This individual will deliver EHS training, reinforce safety policies and procedures, investigate incidents, and recommend corrective and preventive actions as needed. They will also manage and log EHS items in the GenSuite application and use sound judgment to resolve EHS concerns by leveraging both internal and external resources.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Health & Safety preferred) OR high school diploma with relevant EHS experience and accredited safety training
Minimum of 2 years supporting EHS initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial environment
