Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment. You will also be tasked with maintaining pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC systems, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, light systems, rigging, and other secondary equipment. General building maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, plumbing, and light ballasts will also be part of your duties. The role requires MIG and stick welding skills, reading blueprints and schematics, and electrical troubleshooting from 24v AC/DC up to 480v single phase and three-phase systems.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment.
Maintain pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC systems, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, light systems, and rigging.
Conduct general building maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, plumbing, and light ballasts.
Utilize MIG and stick welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Troubleshoot electrical systems from 24v AC/DC up to 480v single phase and three-phase.
Perform PLC troubleshooting and follow a PM schedule.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure lines are running smoothly.
Work on SMP presses and install new equipment as needed.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience with hydraulics and industrial electricity (480v, 3-phase, PLCs, sensors, VFDs).
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical troubleshooting.
Experience with 24v, 110v, and 480v systems.
Possess own tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting experience.
ARC Flash experience or electrical certifications.
Welding skills.
Experience with robotics or automation.
Boiler license/steam generating experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72051.20 - $74131.20/yr.
