CNC Machinist, Fantastic Benefits, $30/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team initially as a Team Lead, with the opportunity to transition into a CNC position. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill and lathe machines, overseeing up to 20-30 machines, and leading operators in high-level machining tasks.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of CNC machining experience or graduate.
Ability to set up CNC machines.
Proficiency in using measurement tools such as mics, calipers, and gauges.
Capability to complete tooling changes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficiency in reading G&M code programs.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment
This role is for a 2nd shift CNC Machinist, with training provided during the day shift for 6-8 weeks. Work hours are from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, in a high automation style factory. The environment includes secondary equipment, assembly lines, robotics, and CNC machinery. The setting is non-union and Japanese-based, with a fast-paced work atmosphere. Expect shift change instructions before and after shifts, with working hours averaging 40-45 hours per week. Overtime on weekends is on a rotating basis.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
