What You'll Do Lead and assign work to solid waste collection crews. Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing or routing as needed. Support and help implement safety initiatives. Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure proper procedures are followed. Review and resolve customer concerns related to collection services. Conduct employee evaluations and participate in performance management. Develop short and longterm operational goals for the hauling company. Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting requirements. What You Need Willingness and ability to relocate for future promotions. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics. Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and business systems.
