RTC Aerospace Logistic Lead in Fife, Washington

*How You'll Make an Impact: *

The Logistics Lead is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of materials, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. This role coordinates closely with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to optimize processes, improve productivity, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What you'll be doing as a Logistics Lead:

Working a full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.Lead and coordinate daily logistics activities including shipping, receiving, and material handling Supervise and support logistics team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and proper documentation Monitor and prioritize inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer deadlines Collaborate with internal departments (production, purchasing, quality) to resolve material flow issues Optimize warehouse layout and logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and shipping efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and supply chain operations Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations Experience with ERP/MRP systems Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts)* *
