Temporary position from 11/30/2025 to 09/29/2026 North Dakota Job Order 48 hours/week 19.21/hour Workers in this position will handle several core agricultural and facility tasks. Primary responsibilities include transferring beans from storage bins to processing plants, performing routine maintenance and necessary repairs, cleaning as a mill operator, bagging and toting beans for distribution, and operating forklifts to move materials efficiently. All duties must be carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly those relating to work hours, breaks, and workplace safety. Adherence to safety standards is essential when handling machinery, tools, and vehicles. Employment is contingent upon maintaining reliable attendance, following safety procedures, and performing job tasks satisfactorily. Termination of employment may occur for repeated absenteeism or tardiness, violation of safety protocols, failure to meet performance standards, misconduct or insubordination, or substance abuse while on the job. Operating machinery or vehicles under the influence is strictly prohibited. These provisions ensure not only regulatory compliance but also protect the safety of all workers and the efficiency of operations. Employees are expected to demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to both quality and safety while fulfilling these essential agricultural production and facility support duties. Taxes: Deductions will be made for taxes if applicable under Federal, State, and local law from U.S. workers, including: Federal Income Tax Withholding State Income Tax Willful Destruction of Property and Housing: Deductions for any costs incurred due to the willful destruction of property and housing provided by the employer. Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
