Job Description
The Warehouse Associate works in a small warehouse environment, accurately picking and packing items for shipment while supporting overall inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.
Responsibilities
Pick items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Pack products securely and efficiently to prepare them for shipment.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including checking incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
Load and unload materials from trucks or staging areas as needed.
Handle materials safely throughout the warehouse, including moving, staging, and organizing products.
Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and basic warehouse inventory checks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient warehouse operations.
Assist with general labor and production-related tasks within the warehouse as required.
Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Essential Skills
Experience with inventory handling and basic inventory control processes.
Ability to perform material handling tasks safely and efficiently.
Capability to pick and pack orders accurately in a warehouse setting.
Experience with shipping and receiving activities.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
Ability to stand for long periods of time during the shift.
Willingness to perform general labor duties in a warehouse environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with order picking in a warehouse environment.
in packaging and preparing products for shipment.
Familiarity with loading and unloading shipments.
Experience with cycle counts and warehouse inventory processes.
Exposure to production or general labor roles in a warehouse setting.
Forklift experience is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
