Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Physical Therapist (PRN PT) to join our dynamic healthcare team in North Florida and South Georgia. In this flexible role, you will deliver high-quality physical therapy services to our diverse patient population while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and professional integrity. As a Hybrid PRN PT, you will have the opportunity to support our clinics and patients from home, providing telehealth visits while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve meaningful patient outcomes. Opportunities for in-clinic coverage and home visits are also available.
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess physical status, range of motion, strength, posture, ambulation, balance, and independence in activities of daily living
Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on thorough evaluation results and patient-specific needs
Maintain accurate, organized records and prepare detailed reports according to facility procedures and regulatory requirements
Interact professionally, empathetically, and collaboratively with patients, family members, and staff members across all interactions
Ensure supervised personnel execute treatments as outlined in the physical therapy evaluation with quality and consistency
Contribute to program development initiatives and actively participate in educational activities for continuous professional growth
Assist in outreach community events and health promotion activities as directed by clinical leadership
Adhere to all state practice act regulations and maintain compliance with the American Physical Therapy Association code of ethics
Efficiently manage flexible scheduling demands while maintaining clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida and / or Georgia
CPR certification (current and valid)
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and database software
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic PC skills
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with flexibility to adapt to per diem scheduling
Excellent communication and professional documentation skills
Ability to quickly integrate into diverse team environments and build collaborative relationships
Knowledge of state practice act regulations and APTA code of ethics
Empathetic approach to patient care with a commitment to inclusive, patient-centered practice
