Job Duties
You are responsible for all aspects of our 24-hour operation of program serving people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injuries, challenging behaviors and/or mental health needs. This includes supervision and training of staff, ensuring coordination and execution of person-centered programming and positive support services for people served, day to day coordination of program, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
Minimum Education Required
Must have a BA or BS degree in human services or a related field.
Minimum Experience Required
1-3 years' experience in field.
