About the Role
Reflection Salon is a fast-growing, clean beauty salon in Fergus Falls looking for a highly motivated woman to join our female owned and operated team. Key Responsibilities
Executive Salon Support
We believe that rhythm and flow must exist for our salon to function well. Therefore, we prioritize personal development as the foundation to the continuation of professional development. The role of the Assistant will seamlessly flow between client interaction, administrative tasks, co-creating mission-driven outcomes, scheduling and posting social media content, and playful creativity in retail displays, sales and inventory management. We provide our team with exceptional education, so that each team member is equipped to offer our guests the retail solutions that make sense for them. Our staff lovingly cares for the salon, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment through which to serve our valued guests.
Personal Erin Support
We are who we are, wherever we are at. The same level of excellence we bring to the salon, we exude outside of the salon. In this position, the team member will assist in supporting Erin in personal, professional, and sometimes pet related assignments.
