National Dentex Dental Lab CAD CAM Technician (File Management) in Fenton, Missouri

Rate: $18 USD per hour

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab CAD CAM Technician (File Management) opportunity at NDX Keller Dental Laboratory in Fenton, MO.

The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions of the Position:

  • Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist

  • Import files into lab management software, creating 3D virtual models, and assigning cases to designers

  • Ensure all steps are followed in order to produce consistent, accurate results

  • Verify the scan is correct and materials have been entered in correctly

  • Provide internal support to CAD designers

  • Read and review all paperwork on each case for correct information

  • Keep cases organized so that everyone on the milling projects can work as a team

  • All other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

  • Must have basic computer skills

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent

  • No previous experience required

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

  • Computer

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
