Adecco US, Inc. CNC Mill Operator 2nd Shift in Fenton, Missouri
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes and/or mills. This role involves reading blueprints, using precision measurement tools, performing quality checks, and ensuring parts are machined to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and/or mills
Read blueprints and job orders to determine specifications, tolerances, and tooling instructions
Secure tools and workpieces, set machine feeds, speeds, and depth of cut
Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
Monitor machining operations and verify part quality
Perform assembly-type tasks using hand or power tools as needed
Package, label, and prepare finished products
Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
Rotate through different work cells as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of CNC experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction)
Good hand–eye coordination
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand for 90% of the shift
Ability to bend, reach, and use hand tools as required

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
