Salary Range:$17.00 To $19.00 Annually
JOB SUMMARY
Schedule: 1st Shift -- 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday (overtime as needed)
Candidates must be willing to begin employment through a staffing agency for a temporary period prior to consideration for direct hire.
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused team member to support our manufacturing operations by producing high-quality parts in a timely manner. This role works cross-functionally with other departments and plays a key part in maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
In this hands-on position, you will learn and follow established procedures for:
- Machine and equipment operation - Juki, Sonobond
- Blueprint and work instruction interpretation
- Inspection and quality checks
- Equipment maintenance
- Department documentation (prints, work orders, etc.)
- Housekeeping and safety practices
Prior Sewing experience required with a preference on industrial sewing machining background in a manufacturing setting. We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a clean, organized, and quality-driven environment.
