Why You\'ll Love Working With Us: Privately owned practice where teamwork and respect matter Hands-on, engaging medical cases Supportive doctors and leadership Opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career Your Role: As a Veterinary Technician Level II, you\'ll work closely with our veterinarians to provide comprehensive patient care, assist with diagnostics and treatments, and support clients through every step of their pet\'s visit. What You\'ll Do: Assist with appointments, triage patients, and support urgent and emergency cases Collect TPRs, perform patient assessments, and provide appropriate nursing care Safely and compassionately restrain patients using Cat Friendly and Fear Free principles when possible Administer SQ and IM injections, place IV catheters, and set up fluid therapy Assist with soft tissue and dental surgeries, including anesthesia monitoring and oxygen therapy Perform phlebotomy (jugular and peripheral), urine collection, and blood pressure monitoring Take and process radiographs and assist with ultrasound procedures Run and maintain in-house lab equipment and prepare samples for outside laboratories Fill prescriptions, perform drug calculations, and maintain controlled drug logs Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients in person, by phone, text, and email Maintain accurate medical and financial records within the practice management system Help keep the hospital clean, organized, and fully stocked Follow OSHA, safety, and infection control protocols What We\'re Looking For CVT/RVT/LVT certification required Minimum of 1 year of veterinary technician experience Associate degree in Veterinary Technology preferred Strong multitasking and prioritization skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow medical instructions Compassionate, calm demeanor; especially in stressful or emotional situations Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment Benefits & Perks: Competitive wage Paid time off 401(k) with 3% employer match Health insurance, including vision and dental HSA and HRA options Uniform allowance Personal pet discounts Continuing education and professional development opportunities If you\'re passionate about veterinary medicine and want to work in a clinic that values skill, compassion, and teamwork, we encourage you to apply.
