Acclaim Systems, Inc. Customer Experience Designer in FEASTERVILLE TREVOSE, Pennsylvania

Lead the creation of customer journey maps to visualize and understand the end-to-end user experience across multiple touchpoints and create a customer-centric mindset while designing. Conduct research using tools such as surveys, user interviews, design thinking workshops and user walkthroughs of the product and gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points at each stage of the customer journey. Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills identifying pain points and propose design solutions. Facilitate collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams to ideate, brainstorm, and prioritize features, solutions, and design concepts. Conduct training sessions to increase the information and knowledge surrounding user experience and its application in a wider scope. Plan, conduct, and analyze user interviews to gather qualitative data about user preferences, behaviors, and pain points surrounding the product. Synthesize findings from user interviews to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights to inform design decisions for product enhancements. Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation based on the insights gained from various user experience research methods. Present the findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders regularly. Worksite: Relocation for long/short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. will be required.
