KIDS' Services Inc. Janitorial Services Supervisor in Fayetteville, North Carolina
Ability to work 5 to 6 days/week, and if required by circumstances, the ability to work overtime IF needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality in work Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Able to meet physical demands, including supervising the floor crew as needed Ability to multitask and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to take initiative and be willing to take responsibility for results High level of accuracy and attention to detail Must be able to work in a team environment
Duties: Supervise the daily activities of all nonsupervisory employees throughout the Company Provide guidance, direction, and assistance to all employees Perform all functions, including but not limited to: assist in performance of routine janitorial/custodian, floor maintenance and lawn care services, supervision of the crew members and other regular employees to ensure that required services are performed in accordance contract specifications, and the performance of other related duties as assigned by management.
