Mobile Communications America Fulfillment Supervisor in Fayetteville, North Carolina

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Supervise day-to-day activities of fulfillment associates, shippers, and support sta- to ensure timely and accurate order processing
Provide hands-on leadership on the floor, addressing issues in real time and assisting with high-priority tasks as needed
Monitor staffing levels and coordinate breaks, task assignments, and shift transitions
Train, coach, and cross-train associates on processes, systems, and safety protocols
Identify workflow bottlenecks and work with the Fulfillment Manager to implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Review order metrics, shipping performance, and fulfillment accuracy; report discrepancies or trends
Serve as point of contact for escalations during the shift (e.g., inventory issues, system errors, order delays)
Support performance evaluations by providing feedback and tracking individual productivity
Assist with onboarding new team members and supporting temporary staff during peak volume periods
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
2+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable using warehouse systems (e.g., NetSuite, Ormandy) and handheld scanning technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
