Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist will provide excellent customer service by providing basic information about programs and services to it’s clients, as well as provide various administrative support to the department.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Specialist includes but not limited to:
Answering incoming calls and routing to appropriate staff.
Greeting customers and ensuring they complete the center intake process.
Assisting customers using the resource center computers – applications, resumes, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Efficient use of computers to include data entry, email, MSWord. Knowledge of NCWorks online is preferable.
Efficiency using various office equipment including printers, copiers, etc.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Welcoming and positive attitude.
Demonstrates ability to work in a fast paced environment with composure, as well as independently.

M/T/TH/F: 8 AM – 5 PM EST

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
