Cable Technician I (Low‑Voltage Communications)
Location: Fayetteville, GA
Pay: $20-24/hour

What You’ll Do
Install and route low‑voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6 and basic fiber)
Build out IDF/MDF closets, including racks, patch panels, and pathways
Terminate cables, label accurately, and follow proper color codes
Install J‑hooks, cable tray, ladder rack, and cable supports
Assist with basic testing and quality control
Work safely on commercial and data center projects
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of low‑voltage or structured cabling experience
Familiar with basic hand tools and construction environments
Willing to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Fiber experience or splicing exposure
Data center or live environment experience
Experience with Fluke/Versiv testing
Basic hand tools required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fayetteville, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
