Project Management will be executed in close coordination with the IW Market Leader, Relationship Managers, Regional Management and through strategic execution leveraging GHD's talented resources. The Industrial Water Project Manager will ensure that GHD executes technically challenging projects on schedule and in budget.nnLearn about project management opportunities with GHD. nnWorking with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: nn * Assist in the development of water management and usage plans n * Plan, design, and execute industrial water projects for various industrial clients.n * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality assurance.n * Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams.n * Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and engineering documents.n * Conduct work to appropriate professional standards and to the firm's QA/QC requirements. Participates in QA/QC programs for other projects as requested by managers.n * Perform schedule reviews on projects and maintain/develop schedules for design and construction of assigned projectsn * Mentor junior engineers and project staff.n * Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed n * Prepare proposal efforts for new businessn * Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.nEducationnn * Bachelor's Degree where a Master's Degree is an assetn * EIT or P.E. designation is preferred but not requirednExperiencenn * Experience enables the candidate to provide management for technical projects n * Experience of managing and directing resources to execute projects and achieve specific end results within limited timeframesn * Must have 5+ years of experience of applied knowledge in Industrial Water management. Experience in the Midwest and Northeast, including clients, is preferred.n * Experience managing engineering and design of IW related projects.n * Experience in preparing project scopes, schedules, and budgets for projects in collaboration with technical subject matter experts.n * Experience in managing and supporting front-end process evaluations and developing IW solutions for clients. This will include treatment alternative evaluations in a FEL process, PFD, P&ID and GA development, and CAPEX and OPEX estimating. Familiarity and experience in alternative delivery including progressive design build is preferred. n * Must have demonstrated experience as a technical writer and communicates well.n * Must be able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously; and have strong organizational, problem solving, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.n * Must be able to manage projects with multiple private sector clients.n * Must have a track record working on and as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.nTake on some of the world's toughest challenges - with everyone at GHD backing you every step of the way. nnWe'll
