Aerotek Manufacturing Associate in Farmington, Connecticut
Assembler - Bristol, CT
What You’ll Do
Assist in various stages of the production and assembly process
Use hand and power tools while working from blueprints
Prepare, organize, and stage materials for production
Monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products
Package and prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Clean and lubricate equipment as needed
Lift and move materials safely, following all safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or general labor
Comfortable using hand tools
Prior industrial or manufacturing experience required
Preferred Qualities
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Friendly, coachable, and dependable
Ability to communicate in English or Spanish (depending on department)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
