Kelly Services is hiring a Machine Assembly in Farmington, CT!
If you have experience in mechanical or machine assembly and enjoy working with complex systems, this role offers the opportunity to build and assemble advanced equipment in a precision manufacturing environment. You’ll work with blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to complete high-quality assemblies.
What You’ll Do
Perform complex machine and sub-assembly work
Read and follow blueprints, part lists, and schematics
Use measuring tools (inch and metric) to ensure accuracy
Troubleshoot assembly issues and support process improvements
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow quality standards and safety procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of machine assembly experience OR 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, or service
Ability to read blueprints and basic hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
Experience using precision measuring tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with electrical wiring or forklift operation is a plus
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
$23.00–$25.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
