Responsibilities
Lead and manage maintenance and construction activities across multiple project sites.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Oversee timelines to ensure projects are completed.
Conduct site assessments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate daily field operations and provide progress updates to leadership.
Maintain accurate documentation on work completed, materials used, and project milestones.
Travel based on project load.
Requirements
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
